To that end we are in the process of procuring and implementing a FAQ forum to give you access to an online repository of answers to assist you with your Dongle.

Can I use the dW Instranet right off the Dongle?

All DW products can be used right off the dongle without issue and many customers do operate off the original Dongle. If you would like to have better website performance we recommend that you port yout installation to the hosting computer as most Hard Drives perform faster than the USB port of your computer.

How do I make demo's that run off the Dongle?

The Dw Stack Stick (Base Dongle/Java Dongle) work exactly like your server environment. Deploy your code exactly as you would using a regular webserver of the same configuration. If you have a proprietary application you need help porting to the Dongle we can help. We have assisted a number of companies in porting demo applications to run off the dongle.

Can I get a SQL Server Dongle

Yes, you can. In fact we know how to make dongles with many different technologies, however certain technologies (including SQL Server) may have licensing or technical constraints which need to be discussed before we send you one. Please contact us and we can tell you if any given technologies can or can't be put onto the dW Stack Stick.
